Well, Mexico is one of the most dangerous places to be in the world, it has insecurity, corruption, etc., it has people who don't want to change this country, people who don't want to be excellent in what they do, all these facts are our main concern nowadays.
People sometimes says that it is Government's guilty, and maybe it is, but i think that the main problem is at home, because familiy is the center of the society, is where everybody have to learn human values, so with that we should make an effort to put this values in our homes.
Some authorities think that death penalty is the best way to fix this problem, but what they don't know is that this can beggin when some people is in lack of money or when they don't have something to survive, so, authorities should give a little extra help for those who are in these situations.
I think that death penalty is a really bad way to solve problems, because we can not play to be God, we can not kill people whenever we want, even if it is a serious problem.

English: An essential part in our University life.
Well, i think that english is one of the most important tools in our lives nowadays. Also it is the universal language, consequently, everybody should speak it. However, it is not like that.
I think people should concern about this, therefore, many people doesn't have a job, because important companies ask for extra "skills" such as english.
Well the important topic here is: Should English be mandatory at Mexican Universities?, of course!, because it gives an extra help for students to be better workers in their future lives, it can gives a lot of chances in different parts of the world, because, like i said, is the universal language. Despite this, some Mexican universities are not considering these chances to their students, furthermore, it is incredible because in this time of globalization, english should be prime in every school, even in kindergarden, elementary , jr. high and high school.
In addition, i think that the best way to learn English is by studying at schools, more at Universities, moreover, people should learn more than one language besides their natural one. Finally i think that our university is making right to learn english, and remember: Learn more than one language doesn't make damage to anyone.

Using relative clauses
Hello everyone:
I really liked this activity, it was very interesting, also i learned a lot, like knowing how to separate two sentences into one by a connector that can be, for things: which/that; for places: where; and for people: who. Well these are my 5 sentences of each one:
Person
1.-He was born in Sao Paolo which is located in Brazil.
2.-He made an act of peace that consisted on a strike of hungry.
3.-He was born in Polony which is located in Europe.
4.-He was an adventurer who was attacked by an animal.
5.-He was a young computer technician who made one of the biggest computer companies in the world.
Things
1.-It is an artefact that can be used to kill.
2.-It is the technic that ancient people used to make vegetables.
3.-It is one of the most beautiful paintings that was made by an italian artist.
4.-It is the thing that you use to keep your clothes clean.
5.-It was build in 1500 that was use to pray.
Places
1.-It has very famous stores where you can buy a lot of things.
2.-There they play good music where you can relax.
3.-There are pyramids where tourists can pass a good time.
4.-It has large areas where you can see animals.
5.-It has a world famous amusement park where everyone can have fun.

The "scanning" method helped me?
Hello everyone:
I think that the "scanning method" really helped me to search some specific things in a large text, this method was as good as the last we made, because we can learn every week something new, as i said this method is very useful, mainly for students that want to search specific information, and also we can use it when we want to find a phone number, we are only searching for the specific information that we want, not part by part.
This method also helped me to make questions about a text and to be with a friend making these questions, and answer his/her questions.
It has a lot of benefits to do this kind of methods, because we are in the process to learn english, because with these we can read faster than we do it.
So i really enjoyed this week with you guys, i hope to keep doing these kind of methods, are interesting.

The "skim for gist" method, really helped me?
Hello everyone:
I think that the "skim for gist" really helped me to read more efficiently and even quicker, i think that was the purpose of this week.
This kind of methods are very important for everybody, such as children, young people and college or university students, because everybody can learn 'em, well, it depends of each one's capacities or skills.
This method can really help to summarise a big text, because we only have to take the main idea of each one, it helps us to understand better a text, doesn't matter if it is a big one, because we will read quicker and even efficiently.
For children and young people, this method can help in cases such as: when they have to read a book and they only have very short time, they can use it to read faster or for only take the main ideas, other case can be when they are studying and it is a big topic so they can use it to take only the main ideas, such as the first case.
For college or university students like us, it can helps us to make our thesis, so we can read a large book faster and more efficient.
Well, this activity not only helped me to understand better a text, it also helped me to make a better summary with only the main ideas.

MY POLLS
Hello everyone:
In my poll, basically, i wanted to tell about the problems that already exists in our country, which are a sad reality, that we are living.
The results about insecurity were:
a)The society had 66%, because society has more responsability, the government 0% and both 33%, i think the results were right because all the society should contribute to better the country.
b)About the support that the government gives to handicap deportists, the results were, yes 33% and no 66%, what sais that there are not a lot of support to this kind of people.
c)About the death sentence to kidnappers, there was a tight score in the votes, with a 50%, is a very controversial topic, but is very necessarly that the government should do something, but quickly.
d)About the fourth poll, the results were agree 66%, and not agree 33%, i think that there should be more information to young people and then be sure about the consequences that this can make about their irresponsability.

My video
I choosed this video because i really like baby videos because always they represent the innocence, all the babies are sweet and funny, i liked this video very much because the child that appears on it was laughing a lot and then, immediately he made a strange face, the title of that video is serious baby... sometimes, i think it was good that the parents of this child wanted to make this video, because it symbolize that they really love him and that's the most important thing for a human being in the whole world.
The children are very original and they know how to take advantage of all the moments they have in their lifes, they don't have any preoccupations, in fact the adults should make an effort to understand and learn about them, and don't forget about their authenticity.
Like the song said "If the children would rule the world, there won't be wars"

About me
Hello, I’m Mily I live in Puebla, Mexico, I’m studying the bachelor’s in administration, by the end of this year I’ll have the degree. In short words this is my life: I like movies, my favorite actors are Brad Pitt, Russell Crowe and Tom Hanks, I often go to the movies, movies about love makes me cry. I love dancing, music makes feel happy and full of energy, so in times when I have troubles I dance as a therapy. I love cooking!, love Italian food of course, in fact my favorite date is a dinner in an Italian restaurant with candles, music, lasagna and red wine of course with an interest conversation. Most of the time I eat light food, vegetables, I never eat in excess, in fact I hate fast food, football, and politics. Another thing I love is go shopping, clothes and jewelry mainly like blouses, jeans, earrings, rings, necklaces. People often say I’m a happy and smiling person, that’s because I love my life, god has gave me a good family, god job and healthy, also all the time I’m improving little aspects of my life. Right now I’m planning to spend vacations in Europe I want to go to Rome, Milan, I’ m excited to take a trip in gondola in Venice!
